Need to cancel a class? Be sure to cancel more than 9 hours before the class starts to avoid a penalty, and also help ensure everyone can book a spot in their preferred class.

Reformer and mat spots are very popular, and late cancellations/no-shows often mean beds end up empty and people miss out. For this reason, the following cancellation fees apply:

Classes cancelled within 9 hours of the class starting will be deemed a late cancel and incur a charge of $10.00

If you fail to attend class and are subsequently marked absent, this will be deemed a ‘no-show’ and will incur a charge of $15.00

Cancellation fees are charged just once per week, giving you time to reach out to us if you need to.

No-show fees will not be waived under any circumstances, so please ensure you check in at reception upon arrival to class and have your name ticked off.

Our class booking schedule is open up to 21 days in advance, and you may book in advance 1x class per day. If you would like to attend an additional class on the same day you may attend the studio 10 minutes before class starts and your trainer can add you to the class if there is sufficient space.

If you are late to class this does mean your spot may be given away to a member on the waitlist or who attends class hoping for a spot.

Absolutely! You may purchase an additional class for the member price of $20 if you would like to add an extra class to your week. These can be purchased via the app or our website.

Yes! You may purchase an additional class for the member price of $20 if you would like to add a Reformer class to your week. These can be purchased via the app or our website.

If there is space in the class, in order to join you will have to purchase a class (valued at $20) 

Minimum commitment of 13 weeks. 

Payments are conveniently billed weekly through auto-pay.

Be sure to check you have sufficient funds available, as failed payments will mean you can’t book into classes and may incur a failed payment fee of $10.00

If a payment does fail, don’t fret! You will receive an email or text from us to let you know. All you need to do is check you have sufficient funds available and reply to the email/text and we will process it again for you. Please don’t sign up for a new membership via your app as this will result in a double charge the following week.

Yes! You can pause your membership for up to 6 weeks per year. Please email hello@loveathletica.com.au with at least 7 days notice to organise this!

On an unlimited membership and have a friend NEW to LA and you wanna introduce them? You can bring one new friend per month to class but this must be pre-arranged please! Once your friend has created an account via our LA app and signed the online waiver, shoot us through their details and we will pop a credit in their account to book in* (Free classes may only be available at off-peak times)
