Our highly trained team will lead you through a 50 minute full body athletic reformer workout.

All Reformer classes combine strength training with props and weights, athletic cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate, finishing off class with a yoga inspired flow to calm your mind and stretch out all the big and small muscles worked.

REFORMER Class Types

Athletic Reformer is our signature full-body flow, blending traditional Pilates principles with contemporary athletic reformer training. Designed to develop control through movement, this class lifts your heart rate and improves how your body stabilises and transitions with power and control.
You'll work through continuous, intentionally programmed sequences where exercises are layered and progressed throughout each block; intensity is built through precision and timing, not just through load.
This class is ideal if you want to improve athletic capacity, enhance movement efficiency, and build lasting strength that carries into everyday life and other forms of training. Expect a faster pace than traditional reformer Pilates, with a strong focus on stamina, control, and whole-body integration.
OUR SIGNATURE ATHLETIC CLASS WITH AN EXTENDED 15MIN YOGA INSPIRED STRETCH AND FLOW TO FINISH

45 mins on the reformer and 15 on the mat unwinding. This class is open to all levels and incorporates elements of cardio, strength and yoga.
Expect the heart rate to spike, muscles to burn, get ready to sweat and have fun.
Functional Strength Reformer is built around principles of purposeful strength training through functional real life movement patterns and the resistant load of the reformer.
Classes are structured into timed working sets, giving the chance to settle into each exercise, refine your technique, and work with purpose.
Movements are intentionally simple and familiar. Think squats, lunges, hinges, presses, pulls and rotation. External resistance in the form of dumbbells is combined with spring tension to create a challenging, full-body workout that supports strength development and improves your overall movement, control and confidence - both inside and outside the studio.

HOT MAT Class TYPES

This class is suitable for all levels.
Get ready to get sweaty. Think traditional mat Pilates but redefined. This class is a full-body workout incorporating props to create a dynamic flow around the mat. This class will strengthen and tone as well as increase cardiovascular health due to the heat, and increase mind/body awareness through creative layering and flow.
This 45 minute mat class includes a yoga inspired stretch and flow to finish.
This class is suitable for all levels.
Think heavier weights, more reps and supersets. This class is a fusion of our signature Hot Pilates and functional weight training. Each exercise will be held for a longer duration of time giving you the ultimate full-body burn.
Heart rates will be lifted with our 'burst of intensity'
This 45 minute mat class includes a yoga inspired stretch and flow to finish.
This Hot Pilates class is our signature class but with an extended 15 minute yummy yoga inspired flow to finish - appropriate for all levels, including beginners. The extended 15 minute yoga inspired flow will stretch the body and calm the mind. You'll leave feeling restored and relaxed
This is a 55 minute class.
Think Hot Yoga Flow with longer holds for some extra spice! Grow your strength, flexibility and focus while moving through your mindful uplifting Vinyasa Flow.
An active practice suitable for all levels. A 60 minute class.
Take things down a notch with our restorative Warm Yin Yoga experience. Enjoy long juicy floor based stretches, taking time out to rest, reflect and revive.
A calming practice suitable for all levels. A 60 minute class.
