Luxurious bathroom facilities include spacious showers, personal lockers, a vanity bar with GHD Hair Dryer & Straightener and a complimentary towel - to leave you feeling fresh and even a little bit fancy.

OUR SIGNATURE LA CLASS SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS

THIS IS OUR INTERMEDIATE CLASS DESIGNED FOR YOU TO PROGRESS
Think more intensity, more reps, no breaks and more challenges.Suitable for those with knowledge of the reformer, this class is designed to challenge and progress your training. This class contains all the fun signature elements of an LA class that you know and love, but we will move faster, have more challenging spring options, and we will dive into playing around with some more advanced movements.
As always, we finish with a yoga inspired stretch and flow.
Recommend completing 5 Athletic classes before trying a PLUS class.

OUR SIGNATURE ATHLETIC CLASS WITH AN EXTENDED 15MIN YOGA INSPIRED STRETCH AND FLOW TO FINISH

This class is suitable for all levels.
Get ready to get sweaty. Think traditional mat Pilates but redefined. This class is a full-body workout incorporating props to create a dynamic flow around the mat. This class will strengthen and tone as well as increase cardiovascular health due to the heat, and increase mind/body awareness through creative layering and flow.
This 45 minute mat class includes a yoga inspired stretch and flow to finish.

This class is suitable for all levels.
Think heavier weights, more reps and supersets. This class is a fusion of our signature Hot Pilates and functional weight training. Each exercise will be held for a longer duration of time giving you the ultimate full-body burn.
Heart rates will be lifted with our 'burst of intensity'
This 45 minute mat class includes a yoga inspired stretch and flow to finish.

This Hot Pilates class is our signature class but with an extended 15 minute yummy yoga inspired flow to finish - appropriate for all levels, including beginners. The extended 15 minute yoga inspired flow will stretch the body and calm the mind. You'll leave feeling restored and relaxed
This is a 55 minute class.

Think Hot Yoga Flow with longer holds for some extra spice! Grow your strength, flexibility and focus while moving through your mindful uplifting Vinyasa Flow.
An active practice suitable for all levels. A 60 minute class.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT LA GLENELG

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class. This will allow you time to meet your trainer and familiarise yourself with the studio.
If you are late to class you may not be able to train. Let your instructor know of any past or present injuries so that they can provide modifications for you.
For Hot Mat classes, you must BYO full size sweat towel to lay over your mat.
LA full size sweat towels are available for purchase at reception for $35. You will also be able to purchase these online for collection at the studio. Please allow ample time prior to class starting so your instructor has time to locate your order or you may miss or be prevented from taking class if lateness impacts the experience of others.
We provide filtered chilled water to refill your plastic water bottle (no glass bottles please). We have lockers available with locks to store your valuables during class.
Our classes are high intensity with pumping music and superstar instructors to deliver you a fun active full body Athletic Pilates class.

Wear comfortable clothes you can sweat, stretch and move in. We recommend gym shorts, tights, leggings or shorts and either a t-shirt or singlet top.

We have 3 Luxe showers (towels for showering provided), 2 toilets, and a vanity bar with GHD hair dryer & straightener, personal lockers and pigeon holes at the studio for you to safely store your belongings and shoes. Please do not take belongings into the studio.
We provide complimentary filtered & chilled drinking water plus a complimentary towel for showering.

Yes. You must be over the age of 16 years old to attend a class at Love Athletica. Our dynamic/high intensity classes are not suitable for young developing bodies.

Most classes in the Reformer and Mat room are suitable for all levels. Your instructor will give you lots of options to cater for all abilities. Remember it gets hot in the Heated room, your heart rate will naturally elevate.
Please take note that Athletic Reformer PLUS classes are designed for intermediate and advanced clients only - you’ll want to complete at least 5 Athletic Reformer classes before trying PLUS.

Your exercise routine is such a personal thing. How often you train will depend on your fitness level, what your fitness goals are, how your body adapts to the training and how well your body can recover. We recommend starting with no more than two to three classes per week and then we can dial it up from there.

Heated Mat Pilates classes are not suitable for any stage of your pregnancy.
You can attend our dynamic group Reformer pilates classes up until you are 15 weeks along. After this however, due to the athletic style of training you can no longer attend group classes. Always notify the instructor at each class.
Any information received will be kept confidential and modifications for pregnancy will be delivered with the utmost discretion. A doctor's approval is required for high risk pregnancies.

Yes! Unless you’ve purchased a ‘home’ membership, or a pack with terms around which studio you can visit, you’ll be able to use your standard packs and memberships at Glenelg. You will just need to get our Customer Service team to book your first Glenelg studio visit for you.
