12 Class credits that can be used at any LA studio in either Mat or Reformer classes - the way you move is totally up to you! Maybe it’s time to try something new?

We will have a challenge card ready and waiting for you in your local studio. You’ll add a sticker over each class you attend until you’ll reached all 12.

If you forget to add your stickers, don’t worry! We are tracking your class attendance online, so we’ll still know you have completed all 12 classes to be eligible for the prize draw.

To be eligible to win you must purchase a challenge pack or member Challenge Opt In pack. You must complete at least 12 classes and be marked off as having attended within the 21 day timeframe. Please check in with your instructor at the start of each class to ensure you are marked as attended.

All challenge participants that meet the above criteria will be automatically put into the draw to win one of our 3 major prizes, plus the draw for a One Month Unlimited Membership at their local studio.

Log in to your Love Athletica App or your Love Athletica Mindbody account. Select the studio location, select the date and time, then click book! We recommend you select the calendar reminder to receive a notification with your booking details.

We always recommend booking in advance as classes tend to fill up quickly. If you do drop in and the class is full you are welcome to wait the first few minutes and take the spot of a no show.

You have up to 9 hours prior to the start time of your class to cancel and avoid paying for the class you booked. Cancellations outside the 9 hour window are placed back into your account for next time. Cancellations within the 9 hour window are automatically taken from your pack.

If there is an emergency or you suddenly become unwell, we will ask for a medical certificate to reinstate the class you missed. Please note, cancellations can only be done via your Love Athletica App or your Love Athletica Mindbody account - we do not accept cancellations via social media, text, voicemail or email.

Unfortunately no. Our cancellation policy outlines the procedure we must follow to ensure a consistent and fair playing field for all. If you have booked into a class and cancelled within the 9 hour cancellation window, you will lose the class credit used to book the missed class. Additional challenge classes can be purchased via the LA App for $20.

Yes all challenge participants can purchase a $20 Challenge Top up class to make up for any missed classed within the Challenge period.

When a class is full you can join the waitlist. If a position becomes available you will be notified via email or text message when our system automatically adds you to the class. Please respond to the email or text immediately if you cannot make it. No-shows will result in forfeiting that visit.

Always jump on a waitlist as you’ll most likely get in!

Hot Tip: Ensure you have allowed communication via email AND text in your Love Athletica App or MindBody Account to ensure you are prompted asap and don’t miss a class.

If you do not respond to a text message confirming your place in the class it is your booking to honour. If you reply N you will have the class credit returned to your account and you will be providing another client the opportunity to book.

Existing class packs will automatically be paused for the duration of the challenge, with expiry dates extended for a further 21 days.

Yes! Any class will count towards your total challenge classes - both Reformer and Mat.

You can start booking challenge classes as soon as you have purchased your Challenge Pack or Member Challenge Opt In.

Yes! You can purchase a top up class for $20 to add one more class into your Challenge Pack - just email hello@loveathletica.com.au to get this sorted. As long as your extra class is within the challenge period (Feb 10 to Mar 2), it counts!

Breakfast Club is our new way of fuelling your workout and helping you. get to know your local LA community! During the challenge, we’ll pilot this fun new event once at every studio. We’ll invite a local cafe or smoothie bar to bring in breakfast for selected morning classes on the chosen day - free for any class attendees to enjoy after their workout.

More information on dates and class times for each Breakfast Club event will be sent out to challenge participants once the challenge has started.

With your free Members Opt In, you will only have access to the same terms as your usual Membership - but of course, your classes will go towards putting you in the draw for one of our prizes and you’ll have a Challenge Card to track your progress and keep you accountable.
