Our Reformer and Hot Mat studios sit either side of the 70 Northbourne Ave main entrance.

1-2hr Parking is available in Mort, Elouera & Lonsdale streets as well as the Canberra centre free with a purchase.

Directly across Cooyong, on Northbourne hourly parking is available underground at the Avenue Hotel for $3-4 per hour.

All Love Athletica studios have free parking available in nearby streets. Best to plan ahead and suss out the parking prior to your first visit.

Athletic Reformer - Our Athletic reformer pilates class is suited for both entry level clients and more experienced intermediate clients. We offer 3 levels of springs you can choose from to increase or decrease the intensity to suit your energy and strength each class. This 50 minute class includes a 5min yoga inspired stretch and flow to catch your breath, cool down and finish feeling balanced. Suitable for pregnant clients up until their 15th week.

Athletic Reformer + 15 minute FLOW - Our 60 minute Love Athletica Reformer class finishes with an extended 15min yoga inspired flow to stretch the body and calm the mind. You'll leave feeling restored and relaxed. Open to all levels. Suitable for pregnant clients up until their 15th week.

Athletic Reformer PLUS - Our signature class is classic reformer pilates with a little more. A low impact, athletic group class including elements of cardio, strength training and yoga. Expect the heart rate to spike, muscles to burn, get ready to sweat and have fun. Level 2 + 3 springs offered in this class. This 50 minute class includes a 5min yoga inspired stretch and flow to finish. Suitable for pregnant clients up until their 15th week.

Hot Mat Pilates - This class is suitable for all levels! Get ready to get sweaty. Think traditional mat Pilates but redefined. This class is a full-body workout incorporating props to create a dynamic flow around the mat. This class will strengthen and tone as well as increase cardiovascular health due to the heat, and increase mind/body awareness through creative layering and flow. This 45 minute mat class includes a yoga inspired stretch and flow to finish. No Towel No Play. Please bring a full size towel to lay over your mat to prevent slipping. Class not suitable for pregnant clients.

Hot Mat Pilates + 15 Flow - Suitable for all levels! This Hot Pilates class is our signature hot pilates class but with an extended 15 minute yummy yoga inspired flow to finish. The extended 15 minute yoga inspired flow will stretch the body and calm the mind. You'll leave feeling restored and relaxed. This is a 55 minute class. No Towel No Play. Please bring a full size towel to lay over your mat to prevent slipping. Class not suitable for pregnant clients.

Hot Mat Functional Strength - This class is suitable for all levels! Think heavier weights, more reps and supersets. This class is a fusion of our signature Hot Pilates and functional weight training. Each exercise will be held for a longer duration of time giving you the ultimate full-body burn. Heart rates will be lifted with our ‘burst of intensity’. This 45 minute mat class includes a yoga inspired stretch and flow to finish. No Towel No Play - Please bring a full size towel to lay over your mat to prevent slipping. Class not suitable for pregnant clients.

Reformer Studio

You should always start with an Athletic Reformer class, even if you have done Pilates elsewhere or are quite fit. Love Athletica Pilates uses a lot of small muscle groups. You may be surprised at how challenging the class is and may need to build up your strength. You may also need to familiarise yourself with the Love Athletica dynamic training method, basic principles and exercises.

Hot Mat Studio

All Hot Mat classes are suitable for all levels - in any Hot Mat class, take breaks when cued and listen to your body.

We offer a range of class packs, weekly, monthly and 6 monthly.

Class packs come in two types - ‘Access All’ which gives you access to both Reformer and Hot Mat classes, or ‘Hot Mat’ which can be used towards Hot Mat Studio classes only.

We also offer a range of direct debit memberships.

Log in to your Love Athletica App or your Love Athletica Mindbody account via our website. Select the studio location, select the date and time, then click book! We recommend you select the calendar reminder to receive a notification with your booking details.

We always recommend booking in advance as classes tend to fill up quickly. If you do drop in and the class is full you are welcome to wait the first 5 minutes and take the spot of a no show.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class. This will allow you time to meet your trainer and familiarise yourself with the studio and the Allegro 2 Reformer Bed, or find a mat and necessary equipment. If you are late to class you may not be able to train. Let your instructor know of any past or present injuries so that they can provide modifications for you. We provide filtered chilled water to refill your plastic water bottle (no glass bottles please). We have lockers available with digital locks to store your valuables during class. Our classes are high intensity with pumping music and superstar instructors to deliver you a fun active full body Athletic Pilates class.

All clients must be at least 16 years of age to participate.

Pregnant clients are welcome in the reformer studio up until their 15th week. All Hot Mat classes are not suitable during pregnancy.

Infrared training is not safe for any stage of pregnancy, so unfortunately none of our heated classes are suitable during pregnancy.

Absolutely! We recommend starting with our signature ‘Athletic Reformer’ class. Although the class is still quite intense, classes are broken down using simple exercises so all individuals get the most out of their workout. Our classes are suitable for most ages, sizes, genders and athletic abilities and we offer modifications to suit.

If you have any concerns prior to joining group fitness classes, we advise you to visit a physiotherapist prior.

No. Our classes are suitable for most ages, sizes, genders and athletic abilities and we offer modifications to suit. Classes are broken down using simple exercises so each client can work at their own pace. It is low impact and easy on the joints, however don’t be fooled, this is an energetic group fitness class in which you will sweat! During class, it’s normal for the muscle group you’re working to shake and burn. That’s a good thing!

Wear comfortable clothes you can sweat, stretch and move in. We recommend gym tights, leggings or shorts and either a t-shirt or singlet top. At Love Athletica, we also encourage grip socks to be worn. Not only do they keep your toes warm but you are also able to grip the Reformer bed better with your feet, making it easier for you to do the exercises properly. Grip socks are available for purchase here at the studio, but you are also welcome to bring your own grip socks.

We have lockers for you to safely store your belongings. We provide filtered & chilled drinking water, a bathroom and change room facilities.

Our Hot Mat studio includes luxe shower facilities with a vanity bar and complimentary towels to help you freshen up after getting your sweat on. Just ask your Hot Mat trainer for a shower towel after class.

There are 16 Allegro 2 Reformers in our studio.

No you cannot. While we would love to offer the ability for children to wait in reception, unfortunately for health & safety reasons this is not possible while a class is taking place. We also love our furry friends but animals are not to be brought into the studio.

You have up to 9 hours prior to the start time of your class to cancel and avoid paying for the class you booked. Cancel with more than 9 hours remaining before class start time and your class credit will be placed back into your account for next time. Cancellations within the 9 hour window result in forfeiting your class credit.

If there is an emergency or you suddenly become unwell, we will ask for a medical certificate to reinstate the class you missed. Please note, cancellations can only be made via your Love Athletica App or your Love Athletica Mindbody account - we do not accept cancellations via social media, text, voicemail or email.

Direct debit membership holders will incur a $10 fee for a late cancellation and $15 fee for a no show.

Class Pack holders will lose their class if cancelling within the 9hr window. No fees will be charged.

Unfortunately no. Our cancellation policy outlines the procedure we must follow to ensure a consistent and fair playing field for all. If you have booked into a class and cancelled within the 9 hour cancellation window, you will lose the cost of that class.

Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early to class so your trainer can check you in, and help you get settled into class.

Late arrivals may not be able to join class due to safety reasons. At some studios the door may be locked at the start time for security reasons and you will not be granted entry once the class starts.

Your exercise routine is such a personal thing. How often you train will depend on your fitness level, what your fitness goals are, how your body adapts to the training and how well your body can recover. We recommend starting with no more than two to three classes per week and then we can dial it up from there.

If you have placed yourself on a waitlist, you can receive a notification anytime up to 2 hours prior to that class if a position becomes available. Our system will automatically put you in that class, so please respond to the email or text immediately if you cannot make it as no-shows will result in forfeiting that visit.

By adding yourself to the waitlist it is your responsibility to check if you have been added to the class. Please be mindful that if you are waitlisted for an early morning class as you may still be automatically added to a class overnight if a position becomes available. If you make the decision to not be available for the early morning class before you go to bed, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

Hot Tip: Ensure you have allowed communication via email AND text in your Love Athletica App or MindBody Account to ensure you are prompted asap and don’t miss a class.

Unfortunately no. We are unable to transfer or share classes to a family member or friend. If you are unable to use your classes for a medical or other reason please contact us and we will find a solution for you.

The validity of your pack is activated when you book in your first class unless indicated as per Limited Edition Packs. All terms and conditions are available on purchase. All purchases are final.

You are welcome to bring your phone into the studio. We ask that your phone is switched to silent mode during class. Please note that if you choose to bring your phone into the studio, it is at your own risk - as they can be damaged by heavy equipment (we’ve seen it happen).
