One way to move is good. Six is better.
Repeat the same class and progress slows. Mix strength, sweat and stillness and your body keeps adapting. Strength is the base. Everything else is built on it.
Two to build. Two to burn. Two to restore.

Good to know
What are the six ways to move?
Six class styles across three disciplines. Reformer: Athletic and Functional Strength. Hot Mat: Hot Pilates and Hot Functional Strength. Heated Yoga: Hot Flow Yoga and Warm Yin Yoga. Two focus on strength, two on fitness and flow, and two on mobility and recovery.
Which one should I start with?
Any of them. Every class is open to all levels, and your instructor will give you options to suit. Not sure? The intro offer gives you 10 classes to try all six.
How many classes a week?
Two to three classes a week will help you build strength, week to week. We suggest making about half of them strength-focused. If you train with us four times a week, that’s two Functional Strength classes and two in the styles you love.
Can I do all six with one membership?
Yes. Unlimited All Access covers Reformer, Hot Mat and Heated Yoga. Unlimited Mat covers Hot Mat and Heated Yoga. The intro offer works across all three.
Does every studio run all six?
Reformer runs at all ten studios. Hot Mat and Heated Yoga run at Hawthorn East, Brighton, Norwood, Goodwood, Glenelg, Braddon (Canberra) and Nedlands (Perth).
How does the intro offer work?
It’s 10 classes for $99 for anyone new to Love Athletica, valid 30 days from your first visit. Use it across Reformer, Hot Mat and Heated Yoga.
