1.1 The Love List ("the Promotion") is conducted by Love Athletica Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 54 664 243 770) of 11 Wilson Street South Yarra 3141 VIC ("the Promoter", "Love Athletica").

1.2 The Promotion runs nationally across all Love Athletica studios (Victoria, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, and Western Australia) and comprises:
(a) a one-time welcome discount code, available to Victorian subscribers only ("the Code"); and
(b) a skill-based competition open to subscribers nationally ("the Competition"), comprising a Grand Prize and Midpoint Prizes as set out below.

1.3 Entry period: the Promotion opens 27 August 2026 and entries for the Competition close 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 14 October 2026 ("Entry Period"). The Code remains available for redemption until Friday 16 October 2026.

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents who are confirmed subscribers to The Love List SMS program (Attentive), whether newly joined during the Entry Period or already subscribed prior to launch.

2.2 Entry is void where a valid mobile number cannot be confirmed via double opt-in.

2.3 Minimum age to enter is 16 years old - aligning with Love Athletica’s standard age of entry policy.

3.1 To enter the Competition, an eligible person must: (a) become a confirmed subscriber to The Love List (or already be one); and (b) submit an answer of 25 words or fewer to the question: "What does Moving With Love mean to you?" via the entry form at https://forms.gle/9i4WtDuX2PFEJ3ye8.

3.2 One entry per person for the purposes of the Grand Prize and Midpoint Prizes, other than bonus and referral entries earned under clauses 3.3–3.4.

3.3 Bonus entry for existing subscribers. A person who was already a confirmed Love List subscriber before the Promotion's launch date receives one bonus entry automatically upon submitting their 25-word answer.

3.4 Referral entries. An existing subscriber receives one additional entry for each new subscriber who joins as a direct result of their referral, for the duration of the Entry Period, in all states. Referral must be noted upon form entry when prompted. No other form of referral claim will be accepted.

3.5 Entries received before Thursday 1 October 2026 remain eligible for both the Midpoint Prize judging and the Grand Prize judging.

3.6 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes is fraudulent, incomplete, offensive, or does not otherwise comply with these Terms.

4.1 The Code entitles eligible Victorian subscribers to 20% off a single pack or casual class purchase, one use only.

4.2 The Code is delivered exclusively by SMS to a confirmed Victorian subscriber: on the welcome message immediately following opt-in for new subscribers, or in the launch-day SMS (27 August 2026) for subscribers confirmed before that date.

4.3 Exclusions: the Code cannot be used toward memberships, founding or intro offer pricing, or Functional Strength Reformer launch pricing. The Code cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

4.4 The Code is available for redemption from the date of delivery until 11:59pm Friday 16 October 2026, after which it expires.

4.5 The Code has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.

5.1 Grand Prize - "Win a Year of Love"

One Grand Prize is available nationally: 12 months of unlimited classes at the winner's home studio, with an approximate retail value of $3,700 AUD (value may vary by studio and pricing at time of redemption).

The Grand Prize winner will be determined by depth of response applied to eligible 25-word entries received by 11:59pm Wednesday 14 October 2026, judged by Love Athletica Founder. Judging will take place between 15–16 October 2026, and the winner will be announced Friday 16 October 2026.

The Promoter's decision in relation to judging is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.1 Winners will be notified by SMS and/or email using the contact details provided at entry.

6.2 Winner announcements made in Love Athletica's own marketing channels will use de-identified or consented formats only (e.g. first name and studio, or "a member at [Studio]") unless a winner has expressly agreed in writing to a fuller identification.

6.3 No member contact details, images, or other personal information will be published without explicit consent, consistent with Love Athletica's privacy practices.

7.1 Personal information collected for the Promotion (name, mobile number, email, home studio, entry answer) is collected and handled in accordance with Love Athletica's Privacy Policy [link] and is used to administer the Promotion, deliver the Code, and communicate with subscribers via SMS and email in line with SMS/email consent given at opt-in.

7.2 SMS consent is separate and explicit at the point of entry and can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe mechanism provided in every message, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at any time, subject to any applicable state or territory regulatory requirements, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it to do so.

8.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical failure of the entry platform, to the extent permitted by law.

8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law).

8.4 This Promotion is conducted as a game of skill. No trade promotion lottery permits are sought on this basis.

8.5 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
