Two ways to do Hot Mat.

Hot Pilates
45 min · All levels. Traditional mat Pilates, redefined. A full-body, prop-based flow in the heat that strengthens, tones and lifts your cardio, finishing with a yoga-inspired stretch.
Want a longer stretch? Look for Hot Pilates +15 Flow on the schedule.
Hot Functional Strength
45 min · All levels. Heavier weights, more reps and supersets. Our Hot Pilates fused with functional weight training, longer holds and a ‘burst of intensity’. Finishes with a yoga-inspired stretch.

Signature cooling mist
Overhead misting sprinklers cool you down during the final stretch of every Hot Mat class. Expect to sweat, then reset.
