Two ways to do Heated Yoga.

Hot Flow Yoga
45 min · All levels. An active Vinyasa flow linking breath and movement, with longer holds that build heat, strength and focus. The warmth helps you move deeper and with more ease.
A great way to balance your Reformer and Hot Mat training with more mobility.
Warm Yin
60 min · All levels. A calming practice. Poses are held for several minutes, mostly seated or lying on the mat, so muscles soften and you can work deeper into the connective tissue around your joints. Ideal for recovery.
45 or 60 minutes · Heated room · Low to medium intensity · All levels · Showers and towels at every heated studio · ★★★★★ Rated 4.9 on Google

Good to know
What is Heated Yoga?
Heated Yoga is our yoga practice in a heated room. Choose Hot Flow Yoga, a 45-minute Vinyasa flow with longer holds, or Warm Yin, a 60-minute restorative class.
What’s the difference between Hot Flow Yoga and Warm Yin?
Hot Flow Yoga is an active practice: you move continuously, linking breath and movement, with longer holds that build heat, strength and focus. Warm Yin is a calming practice: poses are held for several minutes, mostly seated or lying on the mat, so you can work deeper into the connective tissue around your joints.
How hot is the room?
Hot Flow Yoga runs warm to hot, and Warm Yin is gently warm so you can settle in and switch off.
I’m new. Is Heated Yoga OK for beginners?
Yes. Both classes are suitable for all levels. Take breaks whenever you need, and let your instructor know it’s your first class.
What do I need to bring?
A grip sweat towel and a water bottle (no glass). Grip sweat towels are available in studio or online. Every heated studio has showers and towels.
How early should I arrive?
10 minutes early for your first class, so you can meet your instructor, fill out your registration and get set up.
Can I do Heated Yoga while pregnant?
No. We don’t offer heated classes at any stage of pregnancy. You can attend Reformer classes up until 15 weeks. Let your instructor know at each class.
What if I feel too hot or dizzy?
Stop and sit or lie down on your mat straight away. There’s no pressure to push through. Let your instructor know and they’ll look after you.
Which packs and memberships cover Heated Yoga?
Class packs and Unlimited All Access cover Reformer, Hot Mat and Heated Yoga. Mat packs and Unlimited Mat cover Hot Mat and Heated Yoga.
How does the intro offer work?
It’s 10 classes for $99 for anyone new to Love Athletica, valid 30 days from your first visit. Use it across Heated Yoga, Hot Mat and Reformer.
