We guarantee a full body workout every time + all LA instructors plan their own classes - so you'll find each class challenging, different and strong in its own way.

  • OUR SIGNATURE LA CLASS - SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS

    The class that started it all. This 50-minute session fuses strength training, cardio intervals, and props with a five-minute yoga-inspired cool-down. Choose from three spring levels to match your energy and ability on the day. Suitable for beginners and experienced movers alike, and pregnancy-friendly up to 15 weeks (check with your health professional first).

    You'll feel it in your glutes, core, and legs especially, and leave with that satisfying full-body fatigue that tells you something good just happened.

  • THIS IS OUR INTERMEDIATE CLASS DESIGNED FOR YOU TO PROGRESS

    Built for clients ready to step things up. Think faster transitions, fewer rest breaks, more reps, and advanced movement options. Level two and three springs are the standard here. The signature LA energy stays the same, with a yoga-inspired flow to close, but the intensity is noticeably higher.

    We recommend completing at least five Athletic Reformer sessions before trying PLUS, so you're confident with the foundational movements and reformer mechanics.

  • OUR SIGNATURE ATHLETIC CLASS WITH AN EXTENDED 15MIN YOGA INSPIRED STRETCH AND FLOW TO FINISH

    Forty-five minutes of athletic reformer work followed by a 15-minute yoga-inspired stretch and flow on the mat. Same cardio and strength programming as the signature class, but with a longer wind-down that leaves you feeling genuinely restored. Open to all levels and pregnancy-friendly up to 15 weeks.

first time visitors

  • Absolutely. Our signature Athletic Reformer class is designed for all levels. Instructors break down movements clearly, and three spring resistance options let you adjust intensity to suit your current strength and confidence. Let your instructor know about any injuries before class so they can offer modifications.

  • Athletic Reformer is our signature all-levels class. PLUS is the intermediate progression, with faster transitions, more reps, fewer breaks, and advanced movement options. We recommend completing at least five Athletic Reformer sessions before moving to PLUS.

  • Reformer classes are suitable up to 15 weeks of pregnancy. Hot Mat classes are not suitable at any stage. Always check with your health professional first, and let your instructor know before class starts.

  • Log in to the Love Athletica app or your MindBody account via our website. Select your studio, choose a date and time, and book. Classes fill up quickly, so we recommend booking in advance.

  • Cancel more than nine hours before class and your credit is returned to your account. Cancellations within the nine-hour window mean you'll forfeit the class credit (pack holders) or incur a late-cancel fee (membership holders). Cancellations must be made via the app or your MindBody account.

  • Yes. Students receive 20% off full-priced class packs with valid enrolment details or a student card. Email hello@loveathletica.com.au to redeem. The discount excludes memberships, intro offers, casual classes, and sale items.

  • Comfortable gym clothes you can move and sweat in. Grip socks are encouraged for better contact with the reformer bed and are available for purchase at the studio. Arrive five to ten minutes early for your first visit so your instructor can check you in and get you set up .
